Serviced plans are available as two options:
- A. Server Maintenance: This service warrants the computer including
processor, memory, LAN, disks, compression hardware, but excludes cameras.
The service also warrants all of the software and provides free upgrades.
B. Server Management: The service includes management of the operation
of the system. Servers are monitored from our central site for proper operation
periodically (every 10 minutes or so). Further, Servers contact our site every
few hours to deposit status information and possibly receive software updates.
If a server does not appear to be operating properly, we interrogate it, fix any
problems, and get it working again as soon as possible.

utilizes a truly scalable distributed database technology, providing the reliable and
efficient integration of very large systems.
